Attract Your Soulmate

Sometimes I think we are inclined to forget that the Law of Attraction is not just about creating wealth. Sure, money is a big part of our lives and having plenty of it goes a long way towards making us happy. Having it, sure beats not having it. However, the law of attraction is designed to be applicable in every area of our life.

So let’s look at relationships, or in some cases the lack of relationships. We only have to look at the huge number of people who are listing in the “Singles” and “Lonely Hearts” columns on the internet or in the newspapers. You will notice that there are many people out there who are very lonely and desperate to find a partner. They are from all walks of life and all age groups. It is not just the young singles who are actively looking for their soulmate. No matter what our age we humans are naturally drawn to belonging together, and being loved. For some of us that is a lot easier said than done. It seems that no matter what we do we never seem to find the right partner , or in some cases we never ever find a partner at all. If you fall into either of those categories maybe you could start applying the law of attraction to attract your soulmate. What have you got to lose?

 

Start by writing down all the things you would like in a soulmate. i.e someone who is kind and supportive, loving, with similar interests or hobbies etc. Don’t be shy about what you write as no-one is going to see this list, unless of course you want them to. As you write these things down, notice what you are thinking and what you are telling yourself. Make a note of these things. Do you find yourself saying things like who am I kidding, I’m not interesting enough, I’m too ugly, no-one will like me. As I mentioned earlier some people are so desperate for a relationship that they go through life and all they ever experience is being desperate and they wonder why they never attract a partner. If these are the kind of underlying thoughts that you have been putting out there then that is what you will attract back to you.

 

 

Continue to go through your list every day and keep affirming the things that you want in a partner. i.e. I now have a partner who is loving and respectful. He/she loves dancing as much as I do and we go out dancing at least one night every week. It’s important that you believe that you already have that partner and you can picture yourself dancing around that floor. You can feel how wonderful it feels to have someone holding you in their arms. Involve your emotions and feel the joy and happiness in your body. Put some music on and dance around the room with your partner as if it is actually happening.

 

 

 

Now that you have decided what you want in a partner, don’t think that you can sit back on that comfy couch at home and wait for the handsome prince to magically appear at your door with the glass slipper. That’s the fairytale and unfortunately it doesn’t usually happen that way, although it would be great if it did. We actually have to get off that couch and take some action, which for some of us is not that easy. Maybe you have a great friend who will give you some support in this area initially. If you can’t dance then join a club that teaches dancing. A great way to meet new people as you don’t usually have to take a partner. There are many other places where you can go dancing but only you can do something about it.

 

 

It’s in taking the action that the results may start to appear. Be aware of any ideas, opportunities or people that present themselves to you. Don’t try to force it as the universe may have a different idea on how you will find your soul mate.

 

 

Just keep on remembering as you go through each day to pay attention to what you are thinking about. You will probably be amazed at how often you are thinking about past events, and the re-runs of the blame game, or if only’s, which means you will just be recreating that all over again, and is that what you really want. As you become more practiced at being aware of what you are thinking about, if those thoughts are not what you want change them to what you do want.

 

 

There are many ways you can learn to attract what you do want into your life. For me one of the simplest and easiest ways of doing that has been through studying and learning as much as I can about the law of attraction.
